This 22-story building is a Class A building with convenient street-level and platform-level directly into building access to the Dunwoody MARTA station. The first phase of Park Center included 585,000-square feet of State Farm office space and approximately 17,000-square feet of retail and restaurants. The overall development is 4. acres in size. NOVA participated in field and laboratory concrete testing, post tensioning observations, Asphalt pavement observation/testing, Cast-in-place concrete observation/sampling/testing and structural steel inspection. In addition, NOVA was the Geotechnical Engineer of Record on this project and have continued our services in the continuing phases of the development.
