NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC was selected to perform a Phase II environmental site assessment of the former Powdercoat Facility located at 4700 Northwest 128th Street Road in Opa-Locka, Miami-Dade County, Florida. The Phase I due diligence recognized environmental concerns, which necessitated identification & quantification as well as the disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. The Phase I also indicated potential recognized environmental concerns which necessitate soil and ground water assessment. The Phase II was conducted to evaluate the potential for on-site impacts from various on-site and off-site sources. This assessment was requested in association with a pending property transaction.
