New I-20 westbound CD system from I-285/I -20 through Fulton Industrial Blvd.
New lane along I-285 southbound from DL Hollowell Pkwy to I-285/I -20 West Interchange.
Reconstruction of ramps at the I-285/I-20 West Interchange to remove the left exits and improve the spped design.
