This 20-story tower near downtown Raleigh features ground level retail, 242 residential units, and 144-000 sq ft of office space. You can find the “sky hub” on the ninth floor, comprised of an indoor-outdoor amenity center with a pool, fitness center, lounge and meeting spaces.
