Project: 300 S. Tryon, Charlotte, NC – Mixed-Use Development

The project consists of the construction of a new 25-story Office and 20-story Hotel constructed over a four story below ground parking structure which encompass half of a block. Following the completion of this project, NOVA continued their endeavor to help the project team by joining with Mecklenburg County to complete the adjacent streetscape project known as “Linear Park,” located along 3rd Street.
