NOVA Announces Promotion of Megan Basham to Kennesaw Building Envelope Business Unit Manager

Since joining NOVA, Megan has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership to her team of technical experts and developing professionals, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients. Through handling projects with building envelope systems, forensic investigations, condition assessments and restoration projects, she has been a reliable resource in ensuring that our clients' needs are met. Her collaborative approach, responsiveness to client needs, and dedication to mentoring staff have made her an invaluable member of the NOVA team and a trusted advisor to clients.

In her new role, she will lead the Kennesaw Building Envelope team, overseeing operations, project delivery, staff development, and client relationships while continuing to support the growth of NOVA's building enclosure consulting services throughout the region.

Service Line Leader, Jim Keeney says, "Megan has thrown herself into the Kennesaw Building Envelope group since day one. She exemplifies the core requirement of this service line, which is, we are blue collar consultants, everyone gets their hands dirty. Whether it be a proposal, field work, business development calls, report writing, training or billing she jumps right in. If I had to pick one management strength over the others I 'd say it's her client management. She has a knack for listening to and understanding client needs, gaining their trust and defusing difficult situations when needed. No doubt Megan will be fantastic with her added responsibilities.

In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, and her stepson, Cole. She spends most of her time off outside with her family, whether it be by the pool, playing with their 3 dogs (Barley, Hops and Sarge), or tending to their chickens.

Please join us in congratulating Megan on this well-deserved promotion and exciting new chapter in her career at NOVA.

Feel free to contact Megan at 404.967.6085 or mbasham@usanova.com.
