NOVA has assisted Novare with numerous SkyHouse developments in cities across the southeastern US including in Charlotte, North Carolina; Raleigh, North Carolina; Orlando, Florida; Tampa, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia. These high-rise residential towers range from 16 to 26 stories and feature state-of-the-art amenities, ground-level shops and restaurants, and greenspaces.

Services Provided: Geotechnical engineering, field and laboratory CMT and Special Inspection for site grading and utility installation, foundation installation, reinforcing steel placement, reinforced concrete, structural steel, post tension concrete construction, fire proofing, and EIFS.
