Client: Michelin North America

Michelin's $510 million dollar, 1.58 million SF car and light truck tire plant is located in León, Guanajuato state on a 242-acre project site. This two-plus year project has an expected completion date of late 2018 and is projected to produce 4 million to 5 million tires a year.
