Element Uptown, a 22-story residential tower and parking structure, is a community in Uptown Charlotte located across from Romare Bearden Park. The structure consists of a cast-in-place concrete frame with post-tension slabs and will be supported on an Auger Cast Pile Foundation system.

Services Provided: Geotechnical engineering, field and laboratory construction materials testing and special inspections, foundation installation, reinforcing steel placement, reinforced concrete, structural steel, post tension concrete construction, fire proofing, and EIFS.
