Newly constructed middle school with a 3 story classroom wing, 1 and 2 story assembly spaces, kitchen/dining areas, computer labs, and gymnasium. Envelope systems consisted of single ply TPO roof membrane, liquid applied air barrier and waterproofing membranes, precast concrete panels and EIFS veneer, joint sealants, curtain wall and storefront windows, flashings and copings.

Services Provided: Review and evaluate as-built construction at substantial completion for punch-list items. Visually observed readily accessible components to characterize the general appearance and conditions; sampled joint sealants for adhesion, cohesion, joint profile; water tested various details and window/door glazing systems. Provided recommendations for punch-list items; construction materials testing and special inspections
