NOVA is proud to welcome Eric Downey as our new Senior Project Manager. With over two decades of experience in building enclosure consulting, Eric brings a wealth of expertise in roofing design, moisture analysis, and construction management to our team.
Eric’s career exemplifies a strong commitment to client relationships, technical excellence, and strategic growth. His background includes national building enclosure support, quality assurance, and oversight of complex construction processes, making him a valuable asset to NOVA’s continued success. A graduate of Kennesaw State University and Construction Document Technologist (CDT), Eric has also served as President of the Georgia Chapter of IIBEC. His dedication to the industry is matched by his passion for collaboration and innovation.
Outside of work, Eric is a self-proclaimed music nerd who loves attending live shows across all genres. He enjoys discovering new restaurants throughout Atlanta and cherishes time with his fiancé, their five teens (ages 15 to 20), two dogs, and two cats—making for a lively and love-filled home.
