NOVA is pleased to welcome Daniel Vickers to our accounting team as Senior Analyst of Financial Operations.
Daniel brings several years of experience in public accounting and industry, along with hands-on expertise in Deltek Vantagepoint. His background gives him a strong understanding of how the business operates behind the scenes. Throughout his career, Daniel has partnered closely with leadership to support financial reporting, analyze project and department performance, and identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve decision-making.
Known for his attention to detail and collaborative approach, Daniel enjoys working with teams to streamline operations and ensure the numbers accurately tell the story of the business. He is continuously focused on learning, growing, and adding value wherever possible.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and children, being outdoors hiking, and working on vehicles in his free time.
