Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments for Tampa Bay Transactions

A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment identifies recognized environmental conditions through historical research, regulatory database review, and a site reconnaissance. When findings warrant further investigation, our Phase II assessments use soil and groundwater sampling to confirm and define the extent of any impacts.
