Approximately 150,000 sf, four story structure for laboratory, classroom and office spaces with multiple building envelope veneers, window components and a built-up roof system. The $32 million GSFIC project houses six health professions programs: nursing, athletic training, exercise physiology, communication sciences and disorders, social work, and health care administration.
Services Provided: design and submittal review, consulting at pre-installation meetings, mockup review, special inspections, perform water spray testing of windows, sealant adhesion testing, pull out testing of roof fasteners, whole building air barrier negative/positive pressure testing, and roof/building envelope inspections during installation as part of the commissioning team.
