This project included three parking deck facilities and a connecting pedestrian bridge. NOVA was selected to conduct an interior and exterior structural condition survey and facilitate urgent repairs. List of immediate and maintenance repairs and budget costs were developed for property/owner review. Additional services may include repair specifications, scope of work development for contractors, and repair observations/inspections.
