Client: Berkowitz Development Group

SkyRise Miami is a 1,000-foot vertical entertainment center located at the epicenter of Downtown Miami  incorporating observation galleries, extreme activities, banqueting and VIP services, music venues and a mix of family and adrenaline attractions at breathtaking heights. When complete, the project will be the tallest tower in Miami and one of the tallest observation towers in the world.  NOVA’s scope included drilling over 30 borings from 20’ to 250’ below the existing parking lot elevation.  Two of the borings were drilled from a barge in the Miamarina and Biscayne Bay.
