Todd Tamsay, EI, is joining our Kennesaw Construction Materials Testing Department as Project Manager. Todd comes to NOVA with 18 years of experience in construction materials testing. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, he has managed the construction materials testing department, materials testing laboratory, and the soil testing laboratory at firms in North Carolina.  He grew a 2-person team into a 22-person department where he was responsible for daily scheduling of field and office staff, training department personnel, project management, business development, technical report writing and more. Mr. Tamasy is a results-driven professional who has strong leadership abilities with significant experience managing diverse work groups which makes him a great addition to the NOVA team.
