The Sandy Springs City Council is developing its downtown city area, City Springs. The plan includes one building to house government services, meeting space and a performing arts center with up to 1,000 seats, green space, parking deck, and a separate mixed-used development for residential and retail areas. When completed, City Springs is expected to be the city’s central entertainment and gathering location.

Services Provided: Pre-design and Design review, Building Envelope Consulting Services, shop drawing and submittal review, performance testing, installation observations and consulting services
