NOVA Engineering & Environmental is seeking a Senior-level Environmental Project Manager/ Scientist/Geologist for our Kennesaw, GA office. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Duties:
- Perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Phase II Remediation activities
- Remediation of hazardous materials (vapor, radon) in soil and ground water
- Brownfield Applications
- Indoor Air Quality Activities (mold, asbestos, lead-based paint)
- Project Management
- Report writing/reviewing
- Cross-train with Geotechnical Engineering and Building Envelope/Facilities service lines
- Mentor junior staff and review reports
Requirements:
- Degree: Civil/Environmental Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with due diligence projects (Phase I, II)
- Good communications and reporting skills
- Project management experience
- Experience with review of due diligence reports
- Knowledge of regulatory requirement
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Valid State Driver’s license with clean driving record
