NOVA’s Tampa staff recently joined ArchitecturePlus International, api(+), for an informative lunch and learn event focused on the topic of facility condition assessments. The categories of discussion included: the importance of a facility condition assessment; tasks required to complete an assessment; results of a facility condition assessment; and how to approach subsequent renovation projects. Multiple project examples were shared with the group which provided a real-world approach and understanding to the subject matter.
