We are happy to introduce Maria Corbeira as our new Business Development Associate based in our Fort Lauderdale, Florida office.

Maria graduated from Florida International University (FIU) where she obtained two degrees (dual bachelor’s degree) in Civil and Environmental Engineering. She continued her studies at FIU where she later obtained her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). In addition, she also contains her Engineering Intern (EI) license for the state of Florida. Maria’s work experience will serve as a tremendous asset to the team. She has six years of hands-on engineering experience to bring to the business development table. She has worked on projects spanning from designing water main and septic to sewer pipe replacements, provided land development services, as well as forensics, discovery and diagnostics. This in-depth experience will be a beneficial skill set to add to our business development efforts.

Maria was born and raised in Venezuela and came to the U.S. in 2009. She loves to attend the Inter Miami FC games at Pink Stadium in Ft Lauderdale. Traveling is also a passion of Maria’s – most recently, an adventurous trip that took her across France, Spain, and Japan. As a relaxation pastime, she enjoys kayaking with her father on the weekends and has just begun trying out the sport of golf.
