Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center breaks ground on a much needed expansion. Set to be complete by July 2018, the $13.3 million expansion will bring the total private beds at the hospital’s emergency department up to 44 and improve their goal of being an all-in-one facility.  NOVA Panama City Beach is handling the Construction Materials Testing and Threshold Inspections.  http://newsherald.com/news/20170126/gulf-coast-set-to-break-ground-on-emergency-department
