Please join us in congratulating Dennis Southern on his promotion to Branch Manager of our Norcross office! Having been with the team for 13 years, Dennis has proven time and again to be a key asset.

Since the start of his career in 1988, Dennis has become well-versed in all things related to materials testing and special inspections.  While with NOVA, his focus and experience with the Georgia Department of Transportation has made him one of our most knowledgeable transportation employees. He has done an amazing job developing and overseeing our GDOT training programs and has assisted with the successful certification of countless technicians, in addition to his daily tasks of project management, field staff, and laboratory oversight.

Dennis’ education includes earning an Associate’s in Mechanical Drafting from the Balin Institute of Technology, as well as courses completed at the Atlanta Metropolitan College Construction Business
