NOVA is excited to announce that Bill Goodman, a seasoned IT executive with over a decade of leadership across manufacturing, financial services, and technology sectors, has joined the NOVA team as IT Director. Known for his transformative work at major corporations including Serta Simmons Bedding, Ingenico, and Stellantis Financial, Bill brings a unique blend of technical depth and strategic vision to every project.
Over the past year, Bill has quietly contributed as a consultant, leveraging his expertise in digital transformation, infrastructure modernization, and IT service management. His recent work includes cloud migrations, security architecture, and operational streamlining—hallmarks of his leadership style that consistently deliver measurable results.
His experience includes leadership roles where he has overseen IT operations for multi-site enterprises, led cloud transitions to Azure and AWS, and implemented ITIL-based frameworks that improved service delivery and compliance. His certifications span ITIL, Azure, AWS, Google AI, and Digital Transformation from Columbia University.
Outside of work, Bill is a guitarist in a local band, an aquarium enthusiast, and an avid traveler. He and his wife enjoy exploring new destinations, while their daughter pursues a degree in Architecture in Brooklyn.
