This is what success looks like. Bear’s story sure is a great one! As we celebrate his 10 years with NOVA, let’s look back to where it all began.

Bear Green, EI started with our firm in November of 2011. Still in college at this time, he accepted an entry level position as a Field Technician. He worked hard, got his hands dirty and made an impression. Present day, Bear is running one of the most lucrative profit centers in the entire company. To say we are proud of all he’s accomplished is an understatement. Bravo, Bear! BRAVO!
