Here we grow again – welcome to NOVA, Brian! With over 25 years’ consulting experience in construction materials testing and construction engineering and inspection (CEI), Brian brings extensive experience to the NOVA team. He will be a crucial leader to NOVA’s Tampa, Florida team as the Construction Services Business Unit Manager.
Brian has worked on numerous projects in Florida as an inspector, staff professional and construction services manager. Mr. Schnier’s vast experience includes highways; roadways; multi-story building construction structural steel, threshold inspection and materials testing; shallow foundation inspection and testing; and deep foundation inspection and testing. He has also provided roadway inspection and testing for the Florida Department of Transportation.
When not at the office, Brian and his wife enjoy traveling the world. Saturday’s are reserved for the Florida Gators – chomp on!
