Marc Eichenholtz is a Professional Geologist with 35 years of professional experience in environmental consulting and has managed multiple tasks and site contracts simultaneously on over 1,700 contamination assessment and remediation projects involving petroleum and non-petroleum impacted sites throughout Florida, and the United States with projects ranging from $5,000 to $2 million. Eichenholtz has been actively involved with the FDEP Petroleum Cleanup Program since 1991 and has developed respected working relationships with FDEP and other regulatory agencies across the state. He has prepared NAM/PARM Reports, SARs, TCARs, TSARs, Pilot Tests, Alternate Procedure Reports, Interim Source Removals, Pilot Tests, Remedial Action Plans (RAPs), MOT Plans, Corrective Action Plans, and Risk-based and conditional/institutional closures. He has reviewed and interpreted soil and groundwater quality data, groundwater flow and transport analysis and has experience on FDOT projects and evaluated contamination migration in conjunction with site lithology and remedial action evaluations. His responsibilities have included right-of-way permitting with the FDOT, technical writing, staff scheduling, project coordination and management, proposal/report preparation, subcontracting management, and laboratory data analysis.
