The NOVA family is so happy to announce the addition of Lisa Dahlquist to our Georgia office as a Business Development Associate. With each new addition, NOVA is building a powerhouse team across all sectors of our industry.

While she started her career in education, Lisa has built a wealth of experience in the business development arena over the past 9 years. Her successes include exceeding department growth objectives by 11%, increasing profits by over 30% in one year by utilizing data analytics and providing value-added solutions and much more. In addition, Lisa has managed a multifaceted team generating revenue in excess of $40 million.

Even with a successful business career, Lisa knows how to take time for fun! Her favorite downtime activities are taking adventure vacations that include excursions such as white water rafting, zip-lining, horseback riding and hiking. The more adrenaline, the better!
